Who We Are
Marines Helping Marines. Marines Serving Their Community.
The 2 Eagles Marine Corps League Detachment #842 is a group of Marines, FMF Corpsmen, and members of the Marine Corps family who share a common bond: a commitment to the traditions, values, and spirit of the United States Marine Corps.

Based in Minnesota’s Southwest Metro, our Detachment brings Marines together to maintain the camaraderie forged through military service while continuing to serve our fellow Marines, veterans, their families, and our local communities.
More Than a Brotherhood
Our Detachment is about more than remembering where we've been. It's about continuing to make a difference.
Throughout the year, our members participate in community events, support veterans and their families, participate in ceremonies and parades, and lend a hand whenever Marines or members of our community need assistance.

Whether we're standing together for a Marine Corps ceremony, supporting a fellow veteran, volunteering in our community, or simply gathering with good friends, we remain connected by the values instilled in us as Marines.

Our Core Values

Honor
We strive to live by the standards and traditions of the Marine Corps in everything we do.

Courage
We stand ready to support our fellow Marines, veterans, and communities when we're needed.

Commitment
Our service didn't end with our military service. We remain committed to helping others and preserving the legacy of the Marine Corps.

Camaraderie
The bonds formed in the Corps last a lifetime. The League gives Marines a place to maintain those friendships and build new ones.
