Two Eagles Detachment Marine Corps League
About damn time you reported, Marine! We've been waiting for you!
Marines Helping Marines. Veterans Serving Veterans. Community Making a Difference.
Our Mission
Two-Eagles is a detachment of the Marine Corps League, in the Department of Minnesota. You know about that, right? Well, educate your damn self and click on the link.
Two-Eagles is a small, but growing, detachment. We are a bunch of No-LOAD Marines (and a couple Squids) looking to join-up with other Marines, FMF Corpsmen, and Chaplains, oh hell, any active-duty or honorably discharged or retired veteran, who share the common background and experience of having served in our country's military. But, we also want to make a difference by helping active-duty Jarheads, military, veterans, their families and survivors. In general; doing good and being a positive force in our community.

COMMAND POST
Each detachment has a Board-of-Trustees elected to manage the detachment affairs.

Junior Past Commandant
Doug Anderson
MEETINGS
LOCATION:
Prior Lake VFW
16306 Main Ave SE
Prior Lake, Minnesota
WHEN:
We meet the 3rd Thursday of each month at 1900.
Meetings are generally informational, with the business portion of each meeting limited to no more than one-hour. Generally, we adjourn after the Business Meeting for a social hour.

Why not just show-up at the VFW the third Thursday of the month and we will treat you to a beverage and you can see what we're about.

WHY NOT?
One of the truths about the Marine Corps is the life-long loyalty to our brethren. This is almost unique amongst the armed forces, with the exception of some elite units. There's something about getting together with a group of Marines that can't be duplicated. We have the same heritage, the same history, the same culture that isn't found elsewhere, and others, frankly, don't understand. We gather together because we're committed to the Marine Corps brotherhood, and are committed to taking care of our own.
